Overview

As a People Operations Specialist at Panopto, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless People experience and reliable People & Culture operations, managing core HR systems and driving efficiency across the People lifecycle.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for a positive People experience.
• Serve as the primary system administrator for HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Ensure data integrity through audits and reporting.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking research and assist with annual cycles.
• Support compliance with employment records and processing of verifications.
• Coordinate engagement surveys and training programs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve self-service.
• Work with People & Culture leadership on special projects.
• Maintain professionalism while handling confidential information.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
