• Manage monthly payroll cycle across Europe, Africa, and Asia.

• Attend labor conciliation meetings in Spain.

Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll management experience in Spain.
• Knowledge of Spanish labor laws; experience with other countries is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and other languages are a plus.
