Overview

The Staff Engineer Customer Success at Palo Alto Networks is responsible for empowering clients to prevent cyberattacks and streamline security operations, ensuring successful product deployment and adoption.

In Short

  • Provide guidance for effective customer deployment of the XDR/XSIAM platform.
  • Act as a product subject matter expert for customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
  • Drive product adoption through continuous customer engagement.
  • Translate technical knowledge into customer-facing resources.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager.
  • Proficient in Python; JavaScript or PowerShell is a plus.
  • Experience with security design, architecture, and automation.
  • Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Self-learner with the ability to drive outcomes independently.
  • Excellent collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
