In Short

• Supporting, documenting and monitoring debt collection regulations and requirements.
• Acting as the point of contact for relevant supervisory authorities.
• Examination and negotiation of contracts with service providers.
• Support with risk investigations and assessments.
• Managing complaints and monitoring deadlines.
• Providing internal training on compliance issues.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance.
• Maintaining documentation for compliance-related processes.
• Supporting audits and internal compliance checks.

Requirements

• A degree in law, business administration, or related field.
• A Master’s degree or certification in compliance is a plus.
• Several years of experience in regulatory affairs and compliance.
• Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of Dutch or Swedish is an advantage.
