Regulatory Risk & Compliance Manager - EUR - Remote

Overview

As a Regulatory Risk & Compliance Manager - EUR, you will play a vital role in ensuring Tide complies with the evolving regulatory requirements set by the CSSF, Bafin and other regulators. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory risks, while ensuring that Tide’s compliance frameworks are embedded across the business.

In Short

• Execute the Compliance Monitoring Plan and engage stakeholders.
• Research regulatory developments across Luxembourg, Germany, and the EU.
• Manage regulatory submissions and ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide regulatory guidance on product and service development.
• Maintain and update compliance policies in line with regulations.
• Support the Regional Lead of Risk & Compliance in strategic planning.
• Lead the Regulatory Risk & Compliance working group.
• Act as a liaison for external partners on regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate compliance training across the business.
• Track regulatory deadlines and prepare for inspections.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management.
• Strong expertise in Luxembourg, Germany, and EU financial regulations.
• Direct experience interacting with regulators and managing inspections.
• Proven track record in regulatory submissions and reporting.
• Experience in oversight functions and providing Compliance Advisory.
• Background in Banking, FinTech, or Regulatory Consultancy.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and advise stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solver with strong ownership and accountability.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and German; French and/or Luxembourgish is a plus.
