In Short

  • Creating and executing the sales strategy for your territory within the F1000 landscape.
  • Researching, identifying, and qualifying new business prospects with support from the Business Development team.
  • Develop and sustain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to regularly meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to close - including qualification, discovery, sales presentations, and demos.
  • Identify and present a compelling case for change through storytelling and consultative conversations.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them positively.
  • Achieve the quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the company.
  • Constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors.
  • Represent Ontic as a domain and product expert at client interactions and events.
  • Work with Ontic internal teams to ensure client value realization and retention.

Requirements

  • Five-plus years of experience in full cycle SaaS/B2B sales roles.
  • Demonstrable track record of long-term success having consistently exceeded sales targets.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles.
  • Assertive hunter mentality adept in identifying and winning new business.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity to uncover why buyers buy.
  • Exceptional executive presence, comfortable presenting to C-suite executives.
  • Proficient with a standard SaaS sellers tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
