• Build services and operate data pipeline infrastructure for event streaming, messaging, and analytics.
• Write maintainable, efficient code to solve complex problems.
• Design and develop highly scalable services for data-intensive use cases.
• Evaluate and advocate for modern technologies to improve efficiency.
• Participate in cross-team initiatives including code and design reviews.
• Contribute to operational excellence through on-call rotations.
• Coach and mentor engineers to scale the organization.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of software development experience in an agile environment.
• Experience with Golang, Java, or JavaScript preferred.
• Hands-on experience with scalable, event-driven systems.
• Solid understanding of databases and event streaming technologies like Kafka.
• Passion for building reliable, maintainable, scalable, and secure systems.
