Overview

The Business Sales Manager is responsible for effectively managing all existing and potential customers within Packaging Distribution, focusing on strategic accounts and business acquisition.

In Short

• Create and execute account plans and manage pricing requests.
• Responsible for contract execution and customer follow-up.
• Monitor customers' financial situations to safeguard company interests.
• Adapt product mixes to meet market needs and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competition and provide insights to the company.
• Define and negotiate pricing for clients and products.
• Identify opportunities for commercial investments.
• Convert other packaging materials to glass through project identification.
• Maintain payment terms and default percentages within company goals.
• Educate product management and marketing on customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
• 15+ years of Sales and/or Marketing experience.
• Experience with Key Account Management Programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong PC skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
