Overview

The Business Sales Manager is responsible for managing existing and potential customers in the Pacific Northwest territory, focusing on strategic accounts and business acquisition.

In Short

• Manage all existing and potential customers in assigned product category.
• Serve as the primary contact between the company and its customers.
• Create and execute short and mid-term business strategies.
• Monitor customer financial situations to safeguard company interests.
• Define and negotiate prices for clients/products.
• Identify opportunities for commercial investments.
• Prospect and land new customers/business.
• Provide input on customer needs to product management and marketing.
• Travel required: 25% - 50%.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of sales industry experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
