Overview

Nutrafol is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Vice President, People Experience to lead all aspects of the employee journey, from onboarding to leadership development, while serving as a key partner to the business.

In Short

• Lead a high-impact HRBP function partnering with the business.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on team dynamics.
• Drive org design efforts for optimal structure and scalability.
• Manage executive coaching opportunities for leaders.
• Develop company-wide talent planning practices.
• Lead engagement strategy and survey cycles.
• Champion programs that deepen connection in a remote workforce.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to reinforce culture.
• Support business goals through effective people strategies.
• Shape employee experience and engagement.

Requirements

• 15+ years in HR; 8+ years in management.
• Experience in high growth companies or startups.
• Global leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HRIS Systems, including Paylocity.
• Understanding of US employment law.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Expertise in talent practices and change management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work across time zones.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and business ownership.
