Overview

As an Account Manager, you will work with our Operations team, as well as our many internal teams and stakeholders, clients, and outlet partners to provide exceptional customer service and support.

In Short

  • Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners.
  • Service assigned accounts quickly and efficiently while providing high-quality customer experience and support.
  • Work to professionally resolve/deescalate issues for assigned accounts, bringing any critical issues to the proper points of escalation.
  • Complete required reporting in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Perform a number of accounting functions as well as verify services pricing with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactively request and review transactional data to ensure accuracy for our Finance team.
  • On-call hours are required for this role and are compensated accordingly.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Database management experience is preferred.
