Overview

We are seeking a technically adept customer success professional to support NielsenIQ’s Consumer Panel Data Extracts and Data Feed Practice. This role will own the client relationship of all active aggregated and disaggregated consumer panel data feed / extract customers.

In Short

  • Own the client relationship of active panel extract clients.
  • Maximize client health and lead the renewal process.
  • Create ROI / success stories with each client at least once per year.
  • Responsible for overall client health.
  • Manage subscription renewal sales cycles.
  • Work with clean rooms or modern data-sharing technologies.
  • Experience with both disaggregated and aggregated data extracts.
  • Create client health scorecards.
  • Collaborate with clients to improve their outcomes.
  • Flexible working environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing client relationships in market research or software sectors.
  • 2+ years of consumer panel experience.
  • 2+ years working with clean rooms or modern data-sharing technologies.
  • 2+ years working with data extracts.
  • 3+ years managing subscription renewal sales cycles.
  • 2+ years creating client health scorecards.
