As a Director of Customer Success, you will lead strategic account engagement across a portfolio of top-tier enterprise clients, delivering measurable value and driving customer success and growth.

  • Stay current with industry trends and serve as a strategic voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS.
  • 5+ years experience with NICE CXone or comparable platforms.
  • Proven success managing large enterprise clients.
  • Expertise in contact center operations and cloud migration.
  • Strong understanding of NICE CXone architecture and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with experience using Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Travel up to 25% for key meetings and events.
