As Director, Customer Success, you will lead initiatives to ensure successful partnerships and program implementations at Renew Home, focusing on customer satisfaction and program growth.

In Short

  • Lead the Customer Success team to drive adoption of Utility VPP programs.
  • Manage customer lifecycle post-contract and ensure program goals are met.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams for program execution.
  • Oversee delivery of multiple programs from launch to performance tracking.
  • Support growth strategies with the leadership team.
  • Build relationships with key energy partner accounts.
  • Advocate for customer needs and feedback in strategic planning.
  • Utilize data analytics to track customer performance and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to evolving account management methodologies.
  • Communicate progress and account status to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the energy sector and clean technologies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to advocate for customer needs effectively.
  • Experience in program management.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
