Overview

The Director of Customer Success at UpGuard will lead the APAC Customer Success team, focusing on customer satisfaction, account expansion, and team management.

• Lead and manage the APAC Customer Success team.
• Develop account expansion and adoption strategies.

• Manage complex consulting projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer success or SaaS.
• Strong project management skills.
• Technical competency with software applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Customer Success tools and CRMs.
• Understanding of Cyber Security best practices.
• Ability to identify opportunities for account growth.
• Demonstrated success in customer satisfaction metrics.
