In Short

  • Lead and grow a high-performing Customer Success team.
  • Design and scale CS programs for onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to top accounts for long-term growth.
  • Develop lifecycle playbooks for renewals and upsells.
  • Define CS OKRs and manage key metrics like GRR and NRR.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey.
  • Act as the main point of escalation for account issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success at a B2B SaaS company, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success designing and scaling CS programs.
  • Strong grasp of customer health scoring and churn drivers.
  • Excellent leadership skills with remote teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven with strategic insights.
  • Proactive communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.
