Overview

The Director-Customer Success will lead and sell PQS engagement projects and quality-based performance programs with payer clients in the managed care sector, ensuring customer needs are met and fostering positive relationships.

In Short

  • Understand payer customer needs and act as a trusted advisor.

  • Manage contract delivery, budget, and schedule.
  • Identify datasets and collaborate with engineers for data integration.
  • Present results and proposals to client organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in payer account management or customer success in healthcare.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in digital transformation projects.
  • Background in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience in Value-Based Care or Pharmacy Operations.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging senior clients.
  • Experience in business requirement gathering.
  • Interaction with delivery/engineering teams is a plus.
  • Experience working with offshore teams.
  • Ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
  • Willingness to travel 30%-40%.
