Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be accountable for building long-term relationships with new and existing customers by being prescriptive, proposing enhancements to product and/or services and leveraging appropriate company resources to address how clients can better interact with their customers using NICE CXone technology products.

In Short

  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle of the customer relationship.
  • Engage with clients primarily via Teams and in-person meetings as necessary.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Consult with clients on their use of CXone Expert.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive product lines.
  • Develop and present customized presentations to clients.
  • Work with CXone product management to deliver client feedback.
  • Partner with sales team for technical presentations.
  • Measure client retention and revenue growth.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Competency in negotiating and upselling.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
