Requirements

  • Experience leading customer success teams at SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
  • Ability to hire and grow a team.
  • Effective coaching and team development skills.
  • Adaptability in strategy and execution.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Bonus points for experience with payments.
