Overview

We’re looking for a Velocity Account Executive to join our Sales team at Qwilr. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of sales and customer support — you’ll be the first point of contact for smaller prospective customers, guiding them through their early interactions with Qwilr.

In Short

  • Run high-volume inbound conversations and convert small-tier deals.
  • Blend teaching, supporting, and selling in your role.
  • Work closely with AEs to triage inbound leads.
  • Follow structured playbooks to improve onboarding and conversion.
  • Stay updated on product changes to help prospects unlock value.
  • Must be located in the PST/MT timezone.
  • Include a short Loom video with your application.
  • Applications without a video won’t be considered.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in SaaS sales, customer support, or customer success roles.
  • Product knowledge mindset with a passion for teaching others.
  • Comfortable running a structured sales process for small deals.
  • Thrives on structure and repeatability.
  • Eager to learn, improve, and get feedback.
  • High quality in interactions, whether in emails, calls, or demos.
  • Comfortable with CRMs and sales enablement tools.
