Program Manager - Strategic Transactions & Partnerships - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager, Strategic Transactions & Partnerships supports both NeoGenomics’ mergers and acquisitions activities and its strategic external collaborations. This role splits time between executing M&A transactions and managing partnership collaborations with external organizations.

In Short

• Coordinate internal and external diligence workstreams for M&A transactions.
• Support integration planning and delivery following deal close.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align on transaction and partnership goals.
• Manage partnership project delivery by ensuring alignment and tracking deliverables.
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for leadership.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners.
• Assist with drafting and review of transaction documents as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in partnership management or project management.
• Experience in a healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences environment preferred.
• Exposure to strategic transactions and integration activities a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software.
