Legal Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

The Legal Contracts Manager is responsible for administering a range of legal agreements and supporting the contract lifecycle through drafting, reviewing, and signing, while ensuring alignment with company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies or similar discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal and/or legal contracts manager.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing agreements.
• Highly preferred experience in healthcare law.
• Strong computer and internet research skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Some travel may be required (10% of the time).
