Global Receiving Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Global Receiving Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the purchase-to-pay process by ensuring the timely and accurate completion of three-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and supplier invoices, while partnering closely with internal customers and cross-functional Supply Chain teams.

• Assist with purchasing operations documentation.

• Serve as point of contact for expense purchase order receipts.
• Train employees for expense purchase order receiving.
• Adhere to financial controls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of purchasing and/or receiving experience.
• Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory industry preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Understanding of purchase-to-pay concepts and processes.
• Ability to function independently.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
