Overview

The Global HR Specialist at Vensure Employer Solutions will manage the full employee lifecycle for Employer of Record (EOR) clients across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local and international employment laws.

In Short

• Manage onboarding, employment inquiries, compliance, and offboarding for EOR clients.
• Respond to client and employee inquiries via a ticketing system.
• Monitor local employment law updates for global HR compliance.
• Prepare employment contracts and ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Advise on statutory leave and country-specific HR practices.
• Collaborate with various internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate immigration processes with vendors and counsel.
• Participate in cross-functional projects impacting global HR services.
• Research global HR practices and compensation trends.
• Support HR technology rollouts and mentor new HR team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a global environment.
• Fluency in German (read/write/speak) is required.
• Strong understanding of global HR practices and employment law compliance.
• Proficient with HRIS systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills with cultural sensitivity.
• HR certification preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Problem-solving and process improvement oriented.
• Experience in client management and escalation handling.
