The Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Specialist to support our growing organization. In Short

• Administer a wide range of human resources processes.
• Support delivery of HR services across multiple teams.
• Manage key HR functions including recruitment and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
• Address colleague concerns and mediate conflicts.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Create and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training programs for employee development.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assist in managing HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• Previous HR experience preferred, focusing on recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Paylocity or HRIS platforms preferred.
