HR Specialist - Remote

Overview

The HR Specialist will provide expert support across a range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.

• Act as the main point of contact for employee and manager HR queries.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and oversee onboarding.
• Assist with performance management cycles and advise managers on development plans.
• Process accurate and timely payroll while maintaining employee records.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain HR data.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in HR administration or generalist roles.
• Hands-on experience with Revisal and payroll communication.
• Strong understanding of Romanian Labour Code and GDPR.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.
• High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills and discretion in handling confidential information.
