HR Specialist - Remote

Overview

The HR Specialist will be part of a global HR team, providing professional HR support for offices in Ukraine and participating in global HR projects.

Requirements

• Higher education in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of HR management experience, preferably in a global company.
• Ability to lead organizational processes remotely.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
