In Short

• Part-time (50% - 75% position)
• Workplace: Jerusalem, hybrid
• Oversee the design and implementation of the Kaplan Leadership Initiative globally
• Build relationships with stakeholders including donors and community leaders
• Represent the initiative at conferences and events
• Manage program logistics including budgeting and reporting
• Create leadership development seminars globally
• Collaborate with international teams
• Manage a diverse team of program staff
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program management or community leadership
• Experience with Jewish communities
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Group facilitation experience
• Familiarity with leadership development models is an advantage
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
