Finance Replacement for Maternity Leave - Remote

Overview

This position is a temporary finance role at Joint Israel Alka, directly interfacing with accountants and finance personnel in government offices, providing an opportunity to influence organizational operations.

In Short

• Reporting - Expense reporting to clients
• Collections - Monitoring and managing accounts with clients
• Verification, approval, and preparation of payments for accounting
• Conducting monitoring and control
• Building and preparing ongoing reports
• Creating reports/payment requests for government and donors
• Data entry and extraction from SAP systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance - preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Excel - mandatory
• Previous experience with financial computing systems: advantage for working with SAP
• Familiarity with working with government offices - advantage
• Full proficiency in computer applications
