Overview

The Resource Development Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the East Coast fundraising team by handling administrative tasks and assisting with various fundraising projects.

• Provide administrative assistance to senior fundraisers.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative, logistical, or project coordination roles.
• Proficiency in CRMs like Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience working with senior staff preferred.
• Interest in nonprofit fundraising is a plus.
• Teamwork and customer service mindset required.
