HR Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry, you’ll be a key business partner to our clients, advising them on complex HR matters across key countries in APAC & MEA.

In Short

• Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations.
• Advise clients on contract changes and data migration.
• Manage sensitive employee relations cases.
• Build and manage relationships with payroll and benefits providers.
• Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits and payroll.
• Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances across key countries.
• Review and advise on employment contracts.
• Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans.
• Act as SPOC for employees’ immigration needs.
• Drive automation and AI adoption in HR processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in EOR, PEO, or HRO.
• Deep expertise in Indian labor laws and APAC & MEA regulations.
• Experience in M&A and complex employee relations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or Business (MBA/SHRM-SCP preferred).
