As an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry, you’ll be a key business partner to our clients, advising them on complex HR matters across key countries in APAC & MEA.

In Short

Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations.
Advise clients on contract changes and data migration.
Manage sensitive employee relations cases.
Build and manage relationships with payroll and benefits providers.
Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits and payroll.
Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances across key countries.
Review and advise on employment contracts.
Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans.
Act as SPOC for employees’ immigration needs.
Drive automation and AI adoption in HR processes.

Requirements

5+ years of HR experience in EOR, PEO, or HRO.
Deep expertise in Indian labor laws and APAC & MEA regulations.
Experience in M&A and complex employee relations.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Tech-savvy with HRIS and collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or Business (MBA/SHRM-SCP preferred).
