Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will manage employee lifecycle events and provide HR operational support across the Middle East and Africa regions, focusing on compliance with local laws and regulations.

In Short

  • Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle events across Turkey and MEA markets.
  • Support clients with HR operations, payroll, benefits, and compliance queries.
  • Act as the primary SME for Turkish labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Provide HR operational support across Middle East and Africa countries.
  • Handle complex employee relations and terminations.
  • Review employment contracts and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with immigration and mobility support.
  • Coordinate with payroll providers and legal advisors.
  • Support performance and compensation processes.
  • Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience in multinational environments.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.
  • Expertise in Turkish labor laws and MEA employment regulations.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with vendor management across regional markets.
  • Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business, or related field preferred.
