Overview

The Senior HR Associate will support the management of HR, payroll, and legal services for a global employment platform. This role is crucial for assisting professionals in the onboarding process and managing employee data effectively.

• Support employee life cycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience.
• Knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience in Shared Services is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation in APAC & UAE.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Literacy with MS Office.
• Proactive mindset for learning new AI tools.
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
