Sr HR Associate (Shared Services) - 9 Month Fixed Term - Remote

Overview

The Sr HR Associate will support key employee life cycle processes and manage back-end HR, Payroll, and legal service providers for a global employment platform.

• Support onboarding, data management, and offboarding of professionals.
• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts and policies.
• Maintain employee records and manage documentation processes.
• Administer employee benefits and collaborate with insurers.
• Provide payroll data to support payroll administration.
• Conduct audits to ensure accurate payments.
• Participate in the improvement of HR processes.
• Communicate effectively with professionals and clients.
• Ensure service excellence by adhering to SLAs.
• Act as the first point of contact for onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience.
• Knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience in Shared Services is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation in APAC & UAE.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Literacy with MS Office.
• Proactive mindset and ability to integrate AI tools.
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
