Overview

As a Human Resources Specialist at G-P, you will manage employee experience and lifecycle support, provide HR consultation, and act as a subject matter expert on Turkish labor laws, while supporting clients and employees across the MEA region.

In Short

  • Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle events across Turkey and MEA markets.
  • Support HR operations, payroll, benefits, and compliance queries.
  • Act as the primary SME for Turkish labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Provide HR operational support across Middle East and Africa countries.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations matters and terminations.
  • Review employment contracts and compliance documentation.
  • Support work permits and visa processes across the MEA region.
  • Coordinate with payroll providers and legal advisors.
  • Support performance and compensation processes.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives within HR Operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience in multinational environments.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.
  • Strong expertise in Turkish labor laws.
  • Experience in complex employee relations and terminations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing vendors across regional markets.
  • Tech-savvy with HRIS and other tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business or related field preferred.
