• Provide high-quality service support to global clients and functional teams.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries and requests from employees and management.
• Assist with HR programs and initiatives like benefits and performance management.
• Track projects and tasks in the internal ticket management system.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout systems.
• Work in rotational shifts, starting early or finishing late.
• Develop good relationships with stakeholders across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years of experience in International Shared Service Centers.
• Experience working across different time zones.
• Understanding of Advanced Excel skills, VBA Macros, HTML, SQL.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
