Mint Source is recruiting an energetic and highly motivated part-time HR Specialist to help an email marketing team run smooth, reliable people operations. You'll own day-to-day HR and payroll rhythms, support a distributed team, and keep processes clear, timely, and compliant.

• Part-time HR Specialist role for an email marketing team

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR operations or generalist experience
• Knowledge of HR and payroll tools, preferably Deel
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Clear communicator with proactive issue resolution skills
• High motivation with comfort in independent work
• Experience in planning team events
• Integrity and empathy in handling sensitive information
• Strong relationship-building skills
