Overview

Mint Source is hiring a Full-Time Email Designer for a UK-based email marketing agency and Klaviyo Platinum Partner. You'll create clear, engaging email designs and Klaviyo pop-ups that support daily campaign needs.

In Short

• Design clean, on-brand email layouts and graphics that work seamlessly on mobile.
• Produce 8 or more email designs each day while maintaining clarity, quality, and consistency.
• Create and iterate Klaviyo pop-ups and forms that align with brand and growth goals.
• Turn briefs and copy into clear visual layouts with strong hierarchy and flow.
• Adapt designs for different segments, promotions, and A/B tests.
• Carefully QA every asset for spacing, links, copy placement, and overall accuracy.
• Use Figma and Canva to build, refine, and organize reusable components.
• Track daily tasks, deadlines, and progress in ClickUp to keep work moving smoothly.
• Maintain organized files and exports for easy review and handoff.

Requirements

• 2+ years designing marketing emails or similar digital assets in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong skills in Figma and Canva to create clean, consistent designs quickly.
• Experience designing Klaviyo pop-ups and forms that support list growth.
• Design with the understanding that headlines and body copy will be built as HTML live text in Klaviyo, not embedded in images.
• Design buttons and call-to-action areas that can be recreated using Klaviyo's native button styling (CSS) rather than flat images.
• Understanding of web-safe font pairings and how to design layouts that remain cohesive even when a fallback font is used by an email client.
• Knowledge of designing for Dark Mode and ensuring high color contrast between live text and background assets.
• Ability to structure designs that avoid the "single image" trap, which can trigger spam filters and hurt sender reputation.
• Excellent attention to detail with a habit of double-checking work before sending.
• Responsive communicator who thrives in written channels and keeps others updated.
• Steady under pressure with reliable turnaround times and strong organization.
• Creative problem-solver who takes initiative and improves work through feedback.
