Email Designer - Remote

Overview

As our first dedicated email designer, you'll be embedded directly with our largest brands — working side-by-side with operators to design high-performing emails, drive product adoption, and prove what's possible when AI and great design come together.

In Short

• Serve as the go-to design resource for LTV.ai's highest-value enterprise accounts.
• Design best-in-class email campaigns using LTV.ai's platform.
• Partner closely with clients to understand their brand guidelines and creative goals.
• Act as a bridge between clients and our product team.
• Build reusable templates and design systems.
• Educate clients on email design best practices.
• Increase platform adoption by removing creative bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to support onboarding and retention.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience designing emails for e-commerce brands.
• Strong portfolio of e-commerce email work.
• Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and retention channels.
• Proficiency in email design tools like Figma.
• Customer-facing confidence and ability to present creative concepts.
• An AI-first operator with a focus on design workflow.
• Experience with large-scale DTC or omni-channel brands is a plus.
• Strong ownership mentality with a bias for action.
