Overview

Mint Source is hiring a part-time Email Designer to support an email marketing agency working with a very demanding fitness client that has a high bar for creative quality.

In Short

• Design high-volume, mobile-first email campaigns in Figma.
• Translate briefs and copy into premium email designs.
• Select imagery confidently, avoiding generic visuals.
• Make independent aesthetic decisions to reduce revision cycles.
• Support a demanding production schedule while maintaining quality.
• Prepare clean, organized design files for implementation.
• Create variations quickly to support volume and performance.
• Collaborate directly with the agency owner.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing email campaigns with a strong portfolio.
• Interest or background in fitness.
• Understanding of high-end fitness brands.
• Strong aesthetic taste and judgment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-output environment.
• Confidence in making creative decisions independently.
• Availability for 4 hours daily within the specified time window.
• Responsive communication with leadership.
