Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email design.
• Expertise in Klaviyo.
• Strong skills in Figma.
• Experience designing high-volume email campaigns.
• Understanding of direct-response design and conversion optimization.
• Education in Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience with A/B testing and responsive design.
• Located in Latin America, able to work remotely.
