Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Paid Media.
• Proven success in scaling DTC brands.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills managing budgets over $1M/month.
• Experience leading creative strategy and performance optimization.
