Clinical Trials Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Clinical Trials Support Specialist, you will proactively identify and facilitate patient enrollment opportunities within sponsored clinical trials, performing detailed reviews of patient charts and related clinical documentation.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of patient charts and medical records.
• Apply protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.
• Communicate with client physician offices to identify clinical trial contacts.
• Coordinate outreach activities between internal teams and client contacts.
• Document and track outreach activities and patient interactions.
• Generate performance reports on key metrics.
• Present performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Support the extraction of unstructured clinical data.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of pathology and oncology.
• Experience in clinical research organizations.
• Experience in laboratory or hospital settings.
• Proficient in communication with healthcare offices.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of EHR systems.
• Ability to use CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
