Legal Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

DeepIntent is looking for a Contracts Manager to join its Legal Team. This role involves leading the full lifecycle of the company’s contracting process and supporting attorneys across the team.

In Short

• Manage active contract negotiations and repository in Ironclad.
• Provide daily support in reviewing and preparing agreements.
• Assist in developing and refining legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on contract interpretation and compliance risks.
• Coordinate and manage Legal projects.
• Support processing of requests for information and vendor due diligence.
• Maintain and update contract information for retrieval.
• Develop guidance and facilitate internal training on compliance topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in contract management or similar roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects.
• Proactive with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in technology, advertising, AdTech, or digital media is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Ironclad.
• Potential travel up to once a quarter.
