Clinical Contracts Manager - Legal - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Contracts Manager to join a high performing and growing legal team at Apogee. You will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with all clinical functions and play a pivotal role in the contracting process to bring better medicines to patients more quickly.

In Short

• Provide contract management support across all functions of our clinical organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our contract management system (Agiloft).
• Review CRO site agreement trackers and communicate with CROs.
• Facilitate timely negotiation and execution of study contracts.
• Collaborate with other departments for contract negotiation and budget review.
• Keep stakeholders informed of contract progress.
• Negotiate site confidentiality agreements.
• Work closely with the legal team and provide training on legal processes.
• Participate in the resolution of contract-related issues.
• Identify ways to improve processes in the clinical contracting process.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certification required.
• 5+ years of life sciences industry experience.
• At least 3 years managing clinical contracts.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements.
• Mature and professional demeanor.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
