In Short

• Support the administration and management of a wide variety of contracts.
• Provide support on a wide range of legal matters.
• Participate with project leads to develop strategies and contract designs.
• Support day-to-day work of managing necessary documents.
• Support execution of legal documents.
• Ensure strategic alignment of contracts across geographies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with contract management.
• Experience in mobility/transportation, infrastructure, or energy industries.
• Strong drafting, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strategic thinker capable of identifying creative solutions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excited about mobility and clean transit solutions.
• Strong communicator who works collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Comfort with regulatory processes around infrastructure projects.
