In Short

• Lead Business Process Improvement to optimize legal workflows.
• Act as the chief operator for the Legal department, partnering with the General Counsel.
• Own the lifecycle of legal agreements and contract management workflows.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with a focus on efficiency.
• Develop training and playbooks for cross-functional teams.
• Establish and track operational metrics to measure performance.
