Overview

This role is critical for supporting the company's expansion by managing and growing existing municipal and private water utility accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving upsell opportunities.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through account analysis.
  • Develop account-specific growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Support sales by preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Ensure coordination of communications for assigned accounts.
  • Translate customer challenges into commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction for high retention rates.
  • Assist in meeting Key Account objectives.
  • Coordinate training for product adoption.

Requirements

  • Dynamic, customer-focused Account Manager.
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription-based software.
  • Proficient with AI tools, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Background in waterworks or utilities preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong priority management.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn within the industry.
  • Comfortable with 50-75% travel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver’s license required for travel.
