Overview

The Key Account Specialist performs a variety of account management and coordination activities to ensure all customer contracts are administered effectively, delivering high customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Primary point of contact for selected clients.
  • Monitor and manage contract performance and client KPIs.
  • Identify risks related to performance and client expectations.
  • Manage commercial aspects of contracts, including business development.
  • Communicate with auditors and coordinate training.
  • Report on project performance to senior management.
  • Achieve client retention and satisfaction targets.
  • Implement process improvements for service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales team on business development opportunities.
  • Achieve annual targets for new business development.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years in customer care or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
