Overview

The Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business development opportunities while working remotely.

In Short

  • Primary point of contact for selected clients.
  • Monitor and manage contract performance and client-specific KPIs.
  • Identify risks and manage commercial aspects of contracts.
  • Provide liaison between personnel involved in contract performance.
  • Communicate with auditors and coordinate training.
  • Achieve client retention targets and high customer satisfaction.
  • Implement process improvements for service delivery.
  • Identify and drive business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales team for new business development.
  • Achieve annual targets for business development and sales.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer care or administrative roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  • Compliance with Health & Safety and Professional Conduct policies.
